Our Approach

Our counselling reflects our belief and allows the client to make their own choices, without judgement or advice.

Deciding on Counselling can be very daunting and it is so important to choose the right 'fit' with our therapist. We offer a free 20 minute consultation so you can decide if it's right for you with no obligation.

Our therapy is integrative with person-centred at the core, offering solution-focused elements of CBT/Mindfulness. A two dimensional goal focused integrative therapy firstly provides an opportunity to cope with any current or long standing distress and secondly ensures learned skills and strategies that will aid any future challenges.

We feel that our way of working with clients enables them to reach their own potential, increasing self-belief that will equip them with learned cognitive coping skills to carry through life.

We have vast experience with clients from age 16 upwards.
